The Community Improvement Corporation of Belmont County wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, or a larger text size.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In October 2026 the site was reviewed and repaired against that standard: every page can be used with a keyboard, headings and links are labeled, images have text descriptions, text is larger and has stronger contrast, and maps, calendars and video have titles.
What may still fall short
Some older PDF documents and some content from other services, such as Google Maps, the Google calendar and Facebook, are not fully under our control. If something on this site is hard for you to use, tell us and we will get you the same information another way.
Notices and flyers
We post notices as plain web pages so they can be read on any phone and by a screen reader. A printed flyer is available on request.
